Ball-track playBall LabyrinthOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Set the module on a level surface with room for your cat to approach the track.
- Gently nudge the enclosed ball through an opening, then take your hand away.
- Let your cat watch and bat the ball. Pause between nudges so they can take a turn.
Tips & tricks
Try a slow roll in the other direction, then pause. Change one thing at a time so your cat can watch, stalk and bat at their own pace.
If they need a hand
If your cat watches without joining in, give them time. Try again during a time they usually enjoy playing instead of keeping the ball moving constantly.
Care & good habits
Hand wash only. Check the track and ball for damage before play. Use the ball supplied for this track; do not add loose parts or force the track open.

Level 1 · BeginnerRaised Slow FeederOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Set the feeder on a level surface in a familiar feeding area.
- Place a little familiar dry food or crunchy treats in easy-to-reach spots. Do not use wet food.
- Let your cat retrieve the pieces at their own pace. Keep their usual feeding option available while they learn.
Tips & tricks
Pair it with any food module
The Level 1 Raised Slow Feeder pairs with all other Snap-Cat food modules. Place it beneath a food puzzle to catch falling food and treats, adding a second challenge as your cat works to reach them.
If they need a hand
If they walk away, move the food back to easy spots and try another short session later. The aim is a comfortable introduction, not making every mouthful difficult.
Care & good habits
Use dry food or crunchy treats only; this feeder is not intended for wet food. Hand wash and let it dry before refilling. Check for damage before use.

Level 2 · IntermediateWiggly Treat MazeOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Place the maze on a level surface with clear access for your cat’s paws.
- Put dry food or crunchy treats in visible, accessible parts of the maze. Do not use wet food.
- Let your cat paw the pieces out. Move a piece to an easier position if they are having trouble.
Tips & tricks
Once those pieces are easy to retrieve, place food along more of the maze. Change the placement rather than adding extra food or blocking access.
Add another layer of challenge
Pair the food puzzles with the Level 1 Raised Slow Feeder to give falling food another place to explore. As your cat bats and scoops food through the upper puzzle, pieces can land in the feeder below—creating a second challenge before they reach their reward.
If they need a hand
If your cat gets stuck, bring a piece back within easy reach. For a cat new to food puzzles, build confidence with the Level 1 Raised Slow Feeder first.
Care & good habits
Use dry food or crunchy treats only; this feeder is not intended for wet food. Hand wash and let it dry before refilling. Check for damage before use.

Level 2 · IntermediatePyramid of TreatsOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Place dry food, crunchy treats, or toys on the upper or lower levels.
- As your cat bats and scoops food from the tunnels, small openings let pieces fall to lower levels.
- Leave room to approach both sides: some tunnels are closed at one end, so your cat needs to move around the pyramid to reach all the food.
Tips & tricks

If they need a hand
If your cat keeps checking only one tier, place a visible piece on another accessible tier and point it out. Return to the familiar tier if they lose interest.
Care & good habits
Use dry food or crunchy treats only; this feeder is not intended for wet food. Hand wash and let it dry before refilling. Check for damage before use.

Level 3 · AdvancedPuzzle Treat TowerOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Begin with the easiest activity at the bottom of the tower.
- Introduce progressively harder challenges around the tower as your cat gains confidence.
- At the final challenge, place food, treats, or toys on the large central level. As your cat scoops, pieces can fall onto the surrounding levels.
Tips & tricks

If they need a hand
If a higher level is frustrating, move the food back to the lowest level and build up again at your cat’s pace. Offer the remaining meal in their familiar feeder if they lose interest.
Care & good habits
Use dry food or crunchy treats only; this feeder is not intended for wet food. Hand wash and let it dry before refilling. Check for damage before use.

Self-groomingGrooming TowerOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Place the tower on a level surface in a familiar area with room to approach and leave.
- Let your cat sniff and investigate the ridges. Allow them to choose when to rub against the tower.
- The compatible YVE LIFE 4th Gen laser toy can be installed on top. Check that it is secure before use and follow the laser manufacturer’s setup instructions. The laser is not included; contact us about availability.
Tips & tricks
Try positioning it near a place your cat already chooses to rub. Let contact be voluntary rather than moving their face or body against the ridges.
To encourage interest, lightly spray the outside of the tower with catnip spray, following the spray’s label directions. Keep spray away from the laser and other electronics.
If they need a hand
If your cat ignores it, try another familiar location and give them time. Keep the introduction quiet; there is no need to make it a game every time.
Care & good habits
Remove loose fur, then wipe clean or hand wash the tower. Remove the laser before cleaning and keep it dry. Check the ridges, base and laser attachment before use. Follow the laser manufacturer’s use and supervision instructions; never aim the beam into eyes.

Training & spacingTraining & Spacing TileOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Place the flat tile in a consistent spot on a level surface.
- For training, reward your cat for approaching, then voluntarily placing a paw on the tile. Keep practice short.
- For spacing, use the tile between compatible Snap-Cat modules and check that the connections are secure before use.
Tips & tricks
Once your cat is comfortably stepping onto the tile, add a short cue such as “place.” Reward on the tile so the cue stays connected to that location.
If they need a hand
If they move away, go back to rewarding an approach. Keep practice short and let your cat leave; do not hold them on the tile.
Care & good habits
Wipe clean or hand wash. Use on a level surface. When using the tile as a spacer, leave enough room for your cat to approach each activity and check the assembled connections before use.

Everyday feedingFeeding BowlOpen guideClose guide
How to use
- Place the base on a level surface and seat the removable stainless steel insert in it.
- Add your cat’s measured serving of wet or dry food. The ¼-cup capacity is a bowl size, not a feeding recommendation.
- Remove the insert after use for cleaning. Hand wash the base; the stainless steel insert is dishwasher safe.
Tips & tricks
When introducing a food puzzle, keep a familiar feeding option available in this bowl. Measure the food for both as one meal rather than adding an extra serving.
If they need a hand
If your cat seems unsure about the new setup, start with the bowl in a familiar position before rearranging the surrounding modules.
Care & good habits
The removable stainless steel insert can go in the dishwasher; hand wash the base. Remove food residue after use and let the cleaned parts dry. The bowl accepts wet or dry food; the dry-food puzzles have different care instructions.
