Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier issues.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your email.

Packaging

  • We use 100% recyclable packaging, and some boxes double as cat beds or houses for your feline friends!
  • Orders are carefully packed to ensure your Snap-Cat modules arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at GeorgeAndLuckyCo@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly—whether that means a replacement, refund, or further investigation with the carrier.
