When will my order ship?

Can I put wet food in a puzzle feeder?

The Puzzle Treat Tower, Wiggly Treat Maze, Raised Slow Feeder, and Pyramid of Treats are intended for dry food or crunchy treats, not wet food. The Portion Control Bowl accepts wet or dry food.

How do I clean my modules?

Hand wash the puzzle modules. The Portion Control Bowl’s removable stainless steel insert is dishwasher safe; hand wash its base.
